2023 Strategy
The 2023 strategy should deliver several multiple inflection points for shareholders.
Volt Resources has announced its key 2023 strategic objective is to become an integrated natural graphite anode producer for customers located in North America and Europe.
The company will focus on developing its downstream north American natural graphite anode business and development of the Bunyu Graphite Project.
Volt Resources US subsidiary, Volt Energy Materials LLC, plans to seek funding of 50% or higher for the active anode plant development cost through a US Government grant or loan. The company is also progressing plans to undertake a DFS study for the US anode plant and expects to make further announcements on this during 2023.
The Bunyu graphite project in Tanzania will be a key priority for the Company in 2023 with offtake agreements expected to be finalised and funding secured. Discussions are currently underway with several potential customers. Further announcements on the 2018 Bunyu Graphite project Stage 1 Feasibility Study are expected soon.
